"What About You?" (2016)

The requirements: 1) A different kind of recruitment video to attract students and mid-career professionals 2) It should not spell out each profession but to give an overview to attract talents.
I moved away from the usual interview-driven recruitment videos and focused on letting visuals and copy to convey each professional's job scope. In order to "humanise" each job, I crafted the scenes such that their daily inspiration ties back to the work they do.

In reality, their roles are often office-bound. To make their professions more appealing, I designed certain elements to bring out the dynamism of their work. Look out for the wind model and light experiment.
